Dribble some Cheese Sauce over a couple slices of Tuna Loaf, garnish with a dash of paprika, a couple slices of lemon and a bit of parsely. Serve with a green salad and a dry white wine. Simple and excellent. To do a Tuna Loaf, first add to a heavy frying pan: Saute gently until onion is translucent, then in a small bowl put: Beat together, then add to the celery mix along with: Toss gently together, breaking up tuna somewhat. Pack gently into a loaf pan and bake covered at 350' for about a half hour, then uncover and bake another half hour. While Tuna Loaf is baking, do: CHEESE SAUCE In a small frying pan melt: When melted, stir in: Mix well together, then add: Stir over heat until thickened and bubbly, stir in: Serve with Tuna Loaf. |
